We’re either on the water, dreaming about the water, or telling someone else how to get on the water. We know what lake life is like because we live it. We know how to get you out there and do what you want to do — enjoy Minnesota lake life.
Owners Dan Brown and his wife, Kathy Zupfer Brown, are long time residents and passionate about the Lakes Area. They previously owned the Country Inn – Deerwood. Kathy grew up at the Lakeview Motel on Serpent Lake. Dan is a member on both the Cuyuna Lakes Chamber of Commerce Board and Cuyuna Lakes Mountain Bike Crew.
For summer, we offer high quality docks and boat lifts, bait, and open water tackle. Deer stands for fall. Ice houses, bait, and ice fishing tackle for when it gets cold outside. Along with everything you need to get on the water, we also offer dock and lift repair, pontoon trailer rental, boat storage, and propane fill station. So, we have you covered all year ‘round.
